Buyer Basics:

  2. Get your buyer's pass.
  3. Place your first order with 3RFC.
  4. Pick up your order during open warehouse hours OR have your order delivered!





Please bring your own buckets! Buckets will not be provided for any buyer.

Do you have a Rootedfarmers.com account? It's required to be able to purchase with us and it's free to join on their website. Be sure to have your reseller certificate handy when signing up!


2026 Buyer’s Pass

If you want to pre-order or shop the market floor, you’ll need a Buyer’s Pass. Your buyer's pass get you access to all available products from our 15 farms! This fee helps the CO-OP with all sorts of costs. Invest in your local community and see the quality difference in local flowers!


  • Cost: $100 per season $50 per season if purchased by Mother’s Day
  • (That’s just $2.86/week $1.43/week for first access to locally grown product from our farmers.)


✔ Valid for one market season

✔ Must be renewed annually


How to Get Your 2026 Buyer’s Pass


  1. Create a free account on Rooted Farmers.
  2. Request a connection to 3 Rivers Flower Cooperative.
  3. Once approved, purchase your 2026 Buyer’s Pass in the “Merchandise” section.

Weekly Schedule Break Down


  • Friday (11:00 AM): Pre-Orders Open for the following week's market. This is your first access to the locally grown product.
  • Tuesday (6:00 PM): Pre-Orders Close. Be sure to place your order before this time.
  • Wednesday: Growers harvest and process your orders.
  • Thursday (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM): Market Day. Head to the market to pick up your pre-orders or shop the market floor.
  • Location: 401 East Warrington Avenue
  • Note: A Buyer’s Pass is required to pre-order or shop the market floor.
  • Note: Buckets are not provided. Bring your own buckets!

Let us know what your client's dream list includes! We very likely will have it, and our Market Manager will collaborate with our growers to fulfill your request to the best of our ability.


Designers may request specific color palettes, flower or foliage varieties, and estimated stem counts.

Buyer's Survey

Joining 3RFC as a buyer will give you access to superior, locally grown flowers and foliage. Compared with imported products, local flowers exhibit superb freshness and long vase life. Buying local also provides access to more unusual and delicate varieties of flowers and foliage.
