Refund Policy
To ensure fairness for both buyers and growers, please review the following policy regarding quality concerns and pre-orders.
Quality Claims
If you experience a quality issue with any purchase, a claims form must be submitted within 24 hours after market.
You will receive notification of a resolution or refund within five business days.
Please note: Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be honored.
Quality concerns may include issues such as broken stems, browning, drooping, pest presence, or other visible damage.
Before placing an order, please carefully review the product description, stem length, color, and notes provided by growers on the Rooted platform.
Claims may not be processed under the following circumstances:
- The product matches the grower’s specifications listed in the Rooted notes section (including stem length, size, color, or variety).
- Flowers were not stored properly after pickup (for example, left in direct sunlight or warm conditions). A cooler is strongly recommended.
- Buckets were not brought at pickup, resulting in stress-related damage. In these cases, stress-related quality claims may be forfeited.
If no specifications are provided in the product listing, or the product clearly does not match the description, a claim may be warranted.
