Farmers and Growers


Joining 3RFC as a member-owner will connect you and your flowers with growers and florists across the entire western PA region. Your membership will also provide many opportunities to learn and share knowledge with others.


3RFC is established as a Pennsylvania state Cooperative Corporation. To ensure the cooperative remains strong, transparent, and legally sound under Pennsylvania law, we have established a formal governance structure that all members must follow to retain membership.


What Being a Member Means for You

  1. Democratic Control: You have one vote in our annual elections, regardless of the size of your farm or business.
  2. Shared Resources: Access to our collective marketing, distribution networks, and a collaborative community.
  3. Transparency: You have the right to review our annual financial reports and attend our Board meetings.
